Today’s Red Boot Ride around the South Burnett has raised at least another $2500 to help Ronald McDonald Houses in south-east Queensland.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy McDonald’s franchise owner Rod Steele – who helped organise the ride – said 48 motorbikes took part, plus a couple of cars.<\/p>\n

An auction of a v8 Supercar flag raised an extra $550.<\/p>\n

The motorbike riders left Murgon about 8:30am this morning and then headed to Nanango, Maidenwell, Cooyar, Kaimkillenbun and the Bunya Mountains.<\/p>\n

They enjoyed lunch at Elz Bistro at Dandabah – another fundraiser for the ride – before heading back home.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
