The South Burnett’s largest accounting firm announced today it is opening a branch office in Kingaroy after 30 years of operations in Nanango.<\/p>\n

Burnett Business Centre opened the doors of its new Kingaroy offices at Shop 2, 152 Haly Street this morning.<\/p>\n

“Opening in Kingaroy is a logical move – more than half of our business is from Kingaroy,” CEO Imelda Mangan said.<\/p>\n

“We’ve grown over the last 30 years from a sole practitioner to a three-partner firm with 30 staff.<\/p>\n

“Our new office will provide Kingaroy clients with easier access to our services in the CBD.”<\/p>\n

The new office will be overseen by practice partner and Kingaroy resident Rebecca Searle but will be linked to the Nanango head office at 67 Fitzroy Street using modern technologies to ensure clients enjoy the same service levels no matter which branch they elect to use.<\/p>\n

But the Nanango office will continue to be the backbone of the practice, providing board rooms, seminar facilities, training rooms and catering facilities for client use.<\/p>\n

The firm, which was established by Graham Archdall, is a multi-disciplinary practice that offers services in accounting, taxation, business improvement, financial planning and personal risk management via insurance.<\/p>\n

Clients range from wage and salary earners through to small, medium and large businesses, agribusinesses and self-managed superannuation funds.<\/p>\n

Mr Archdall is also a founding member of South Burnett Directions, the region’s peak economic development advisory group; and both he and Burnett Business Centre partner Andrew Black are board members of the Heritage Nanango Community Bank.<\/p>\n
