The Summer Series of the Murgon RC\u00a0club drew to a close with some close racing at Murgon last Sunday.<\/p>\n

Organiser\u00a0Rik Christiansen said 21 competitors took part.<\/p>\n

The club, which kicked off last November, has been interspersing fun days with more serious racing Sundays where both big and little kids have been showing off their mini racing skills.<\/p>\n

They have also been developing their track, installing ant bed jumps, lights for night racing and a driver’s stand.<\/p>\n

The six-round series culminated in a series of final heats.<\/p>\n

Rik said a fun day will be held in a fortnight, and then a six-round Winter Series would kick off.<\/p>\n
