Esk photographer Neville Wright won the $1000 “Best In Show” prize at the recent Brisbane Valley Heritage Trails photographic competition.<\/p>\n

Neville’s photo of the old Anglican manse at Esk attracted the eye of the judge, Nanango professional photographer Clive Lowe, who said it was “beautifully composed, beautifully exposed”.<\/p>\n

The competition was run as part of the National Trust Heritage Festival and had a theme “Journeys Through The Brisbane River Valley”.<\/p>\n

It featured photographs shot in towns and other locations along the Brisbane Valley Heritage Trail.<\/p>\n

The exhibition was officially opened on Friday night at Moore Hall, in Moore.<\/p>\n

The public have the opportunity of viewing all the entries this weekend (May 10-11) at the hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
