The second annual “Time4Kids” promotion in the South Burnett has led to more than $2000 being raised for youth programs at the South Burnett PCYC.<\/p>\n

Organiser Sgt Michael Eadie said $1117.30 was raised at Kingaroy Shoppingworld on Saturday morning, with CROW-FM’s Ian “Corky” Corcoran bringing in the most dollars.<\/p>\n

However South Burnett Deputy Mayor Keith Campbell also raised nearly $1200 ahead of the day, boosting the total.<\/p>\n

Also “locked up” were Member for Nanango Deb Frecklington, Cr Ros Heit and Rick Collard from the Murgon Mustangs.<\/p>\n

Sgt Eadie said the money would be used for youth development programs such as Friday Night Live at Murgon, and skateboarding programs across the South Burnett.<\/p>\n
