{"id":59176,"date":"2014-03-05T17:05:12","date_gmt":"2014-03-05T07:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/?p=59176"},"modified":"2020-09-02T18:31:51","modified_gmt":"2020-09-02T08:31:51","slug":"complaint-lodged-against-councillor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/2014\/03\/05\/complaint-lodged-against-councillor\/","title":{"rendered":"Complaint Lodged Against Councillor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>March 5, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>southburnett.com.au<\/strong> understands another\u00a0complaint has been lodged with the South Burnett Regional Council linked to the controversy over the sale of a portion of Adermann Park in Kingaroy.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint by a local resident is believed to relate to the apology that Cr Damien Tessmann was ordered to make to Council last month as part of a finding against him.<\/p>\n<p>In January, Cr Tessmann was ordered by the Local Government Regional Conduct Review Panel to apologise to fellow Councillors for allegedly providing misleading information at a Council meeting in 2012.
