{"id":58486,"date":"2014-02-25T15:25:47","date_gmt":"2014-02-25T05:25:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/?p=58486"},"modified":"2020-09-03T13:35:37","modified_gmt":"2020-09-03T03:35:37","slug":"charges-adjourned","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/2014\/02\/25\/charges-adjourned\/","title":{"rendered":"Charges Adjourned"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>February 25, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A manslaughter charge laid following the death of Kingaroy resident Shaun Miles in May last year was mentioned briefly again yesterday in Brisbane Magistrates Court.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Sutton, 41, from Sutherland in NSW, was charged in October last year after a long investigation by police into the death of Mr Miles, whose body was found on the corner of Fisher and Alford streets on May 24.<\/p>\n<p>The case has been listed for mention again on March 17.
