Holly Ferling and James Faulkner ... joining the Milo team<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Kingaroy’s Holly Ferling and fellow Australian cricketer James Faulkner will be thrust into the spotlight with a new sponsorship deal.<\/p>\n

The pair have been named Ambassadors for MILO, a brand which is promoting its links with Australian cricket.<\/p>\n

The duo follow in the footsteps previous MILO ambassadors Michael Clarke and Adam Gilchrist.<\/p>\n

James and Holly, both graduates of the MILO in2Cricket program, join current MILO Ambassador and Australian Cricket captain Michael Clarke on the MILO team.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s clear that Australia has an exciting crop of young cricket talent,\u201d Michael said.<\/p>\n

\u201cJames and Holly were chosen as new ambassadors because of what they have achieved already on and off the field, and because of what is still to come given their enormous potential. I\u2019m proud to welcome them on-board and I\u2019m looking forward to mentoring them through their young careers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Holly, 18, \u00a0is \u00a0the first female cricket MILO ambassador.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m proud to fly the flag for young girls everywhere,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

James, a 23-year-old Tasmanian, said it was a huge honour to become a MILO ambassador.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re very excited to have James and Holly join the MILO family. We have a proud history of supporting some of Australia\u2019s greatest cricketers, Nestl\u00e9 Beverages spokesman Evan Gongolidis said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have been associated with cricket in Australia for nearly a quarter of a century, and can\u2019t wait to continue to watch these young cricketers grow.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese young stars share our passion for inspiring Australians to live healthy and active lifestyles, and they will be part of our family for many years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

The ambassadors will be used to support the MILO T20 Blast and MILO in2Cricket programs in partnership with Cricket Australia.<\/p>\n
