It’s that time of year … with sign-on days for various junior and senior sports teams scheduled all over the region.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy Junior Netball<\/strong> kicks off on today with their 2014 Junior Sign-On for players aged 5 to 15 at the Kingaroy netball courts at the corner of Fisher and Alford Streets, Kingaroy from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Development nights will begin next Friday (and the following two Fridays) and run from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. More details? Phone Linda on 0434-505-161.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow, the local soccer and rugby league clubs swing into action.<\/p>\n

Soccer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Kingaroy Junior Redbacks<\/strong> will be holding their sign-on for boys and girls aged between 5 and 16 from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday at the Junior Redbacks Clubhouse in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy.<\/p>\n

Barambah United<\/strong> will be holding its club sign-on\/information from 9:00am to noon at the Rotunda in Lamb Street, Murgon (opposite Wayne’s World).<\/p>\n

Nanango Panthers<\/strong> will be holding their sign-on day at the Burnett Street Soccer Fields in Nanango from 9:30am to 12:30pm.<\/p>\n

Rugby League:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Junior Mustangs<\/strong> will be holding their season sign-on Day at the Murgon Sports Grounds in Macalister Street from 9:00am to noon on Saturday. More details? Phone Ricky on 0407-682-440.<\/p>\n

Junior Red Ants’<\/strong> sign-on will be at T.J. O’Neill Oval in Youngman Street, Kingaroy, from 10:00am to 2:00pm. There’ll be skills development, ball games and a sausage sizzle running.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, the Blackbutt-Yarraman<\/strong> Junior Rugby League will be holding their 2014 sign-on Day at their clubhouse at the rugby league grounds in Greenhill’s Drive, Blackbutt at 9:00am. \u00a0For more information, phone 0419-682-795.<\/p>\n

Wondai Wolves<\/strong> juniors will also be holding their sign-on day on Sunday, from 10:00am to noon at their clubhouse at the Wondai Sportsgrounds off the Bunya Highway.<\/p>\n

Nanango Stags<\/strong>\u00a0juniors’ sign-on will be at the Stags Oval clubhouse on the D’Aguilar Highway from 10:00am to 2:00pm.<\/p>\n

Next Saturday (February 15) the South Burnett Saints<\/strong> Aussie Rules club will be holding their 2014 Sign-On Day for senior and junior players at the Kingaroy Cricket Club in Youngman Street, Kingaroy from 9:00am to noon. Apart from the chance to kick a footy around there’ll also be a free jumping castle and other activities to keep children amused, plus a sausage sizzle.
