The South Burnett cricket competition resumed on Saturday after a break for the Australia Day weekend.<\/p>\n

In A Grade, it’s back to two-day rounds for the next few weekends.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy RSL took on Warriors at Lyle Vidler Oval in Kingaroy.<\/p>\n

Warriors batted first and were all out for 141 off 62 overs. \u00a0Dan O’Connor top scored with 41.<\/span><\/p>\n

RSL bowlers Wayne Kelly, Darren Geiger and Anthony Eden each took two wickets.<\/p>\n

At the close of play, RSL was 5\/114 with star batsman Anthony Eden 42 n\/o.<\/p>\n

Play will resume next Saturday with RSL in a commanding position.<\/p>\n

RSL supporters would also be happy with their performance in B Grade against Barambah.<\/p>\n

Batsman Brian Walters led the way hitting 68 of Kingaroy RSL’s 138 runs. In reply, Barambah were all out for 104.<\/p>\n

RSL’s Peter Hourn (four wickets) and Brian Walters (three wickets) did the damage.<\/p>\n
