An 18-year-old man had been charged with possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils after Kingaroy police executed a search warrant at a house in Peregrine Drive on Friday morning.<\/p>\n

Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior-Sergeant Duane Frank, said police would allege they located a substantial amount of cannabis in a vehicle at the address.<\/p>\n

Snr Sgt Frank said police believed the drugs – which totalled about 170g – had been brought to the area to sell.<\/p>\n

The man has been granted bail to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court next year.<\/p>\n

Another man at the house was issued with a notice to appear on a charge of possessing dangerous drugs.<\/p>\n

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 10:00pm on \u00a0Saturday night and charged with public nuisance and obstructing police after an incident in Glendon Street.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Snr Sgt Frank said it would be alleged the man was intoxicated and behaving aggressively after leaving licensed premises.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
