December 19, 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n A 19-year-old Kingaroy man, alleged to be the getaway driver in a recent attempted armed robbery at the Kingaroy McDonald’s Family Restaurant, will appear in court on January 9.<\/p>\n Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior-Sergeant Duane Frank, said today police had detained and interviewed the man on Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n He has been charged with attempted armed robbery.<\/p>\n Police will allege the 19-year-old drove the vehicle that dropped off an armed man at the store.
