A 17-year-old Nanango youth made his third appearance before a court in just four months when he was charged in Kingaroy Magistrates Court today.<\/p>\n

Karl Geoffrey Simpson pleaded guilty to unauthorised dealing with shop goods.<\/p>\n

Police were called to the Dollars and Sense store in Kingaroy on November 27 after Simpson was seen to place a pack of cards, glitter, stickers, a cigarette lighter and nail enamel into his bum bag and leave the store without paying.<\/p>\n

The value of the goods was just $7.<\/p>\n

Police Prosecutor Sgt Wayne Bushell said Simpson was placed on a good behaviour bond when he appeared in court on August 5 charged with assault occasioning bodily harm.<\/p>\n

Then on October 21, he appeared in court charged with contravening a requirement.<\/p>\n

“The way you are going, you will end up in jail sooner than you think, I assure you,” Magistrate Mark Bucknall told Simpson.<\/p>\n

He fined him $150 and recorded a conviction.<\/p>\n

Simpson pulled his hoodie over his head, turned on his heels and walked out of the courtroom.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
