Will you Bee baffled or Bee brilliant? Blossom, the Bloomin’ Beautiful Blackbutt bee, wants to know …<\/p>\n

South Burnett residents will be able to test their intelligence with a trivia night organised by the Bloomin’ Beautiful Blackbutt committee.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe committee wanted to get everyone together for a bit of fun and test our wits,\u201d spokesman John Atkins said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had such a successful festival and the idea of getting together after the event and celebrating our success came up as a suggestion.<\/p>\n

“We thought a trivia night would be a great way to have some light-hearted fun and start fund raising for next year\u2019s Festival.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have already had lots of full tables booked by groups of individuals and by businesses but there are still a few left for those that are interested in joining our craziness.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trivia Night organiser Karen Benson said after much discussion, the committee decided to have the theme for the night as the letter “B\u201d.<\/p>\n

“Tables are encouraged to come dressed up as anything starting with the letter \u2018B\u2019,\u201d Karen said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have prizes for the best dressed table and there will be lots of fun games and of course some serious trivia throughout the night … well, maybe not that serious.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Bloomin Beautiful Blackbutt Festival Trivia Night will be held from 7:00pm on Friday, November 22, at the Blackbutt Memorial Hall.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople are welcome to come as a table of eight or we will combine individuals and teams with less than eight people,” John said.<\/p>\n

“We have tables left but space is limited, so we recommend people reserve their spot to avoid disappointment.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis will be a great night to let down your hair, dress up and test your intelligence or lack thereof.\u201d<\/p>\n
