October 13, 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durong Bowls Club will be hosting a casual, fun-filled day of bowls next Saturday (October 19) as a fundraiser for breast cancer research.<\/p>\n

It will start with morning tea at 9:00am for a 9:30am kick off.<\/p>\n

There will be a barbecue lunch and afternoon tea and an early finish so participants can get home at a reasonable hour in daylight.<\/p>\n

Organisers have asked that bowlers come in \u201cfancy dress\u201d with a heavy emphasis on “pink”.<\/p>\n

There will be prizes for the best\/most creative outfits. <\/p>\n

A multi-draw raffle will also be on offer so bring plenty of money to support a very worthy cause. <\/p>\n

All proceeds of the day go to the \u201cChicks in Pink\u201d organisation. <\/p>\n

The bar will be open from 10:00am.<\/p>\n
