Rural sales agent John Allery, from Raine & Horne in Kingaroy, has been honoured in a national real estate sales competition.<\/p>\n

John was presented with a trophy last week at a function on the Gold Coast for being the runner-up in Raine & Horne rural office sales, based on the value of commissions of settled sales.<\/p>\n

He achieved a greater dollar value than agencies throughout NSW, Victoria, the Northern Territory and Tasmania during the last financial year.<\/p>\n

This is the first time that he can recall that the agency has won a trophy in the national awards.<\/p>\n

John said he had done well because many of his sales were “lifestyle” blocks \u00a0but this was also an indication of the state of the Australian property market.<\/p>\n

The winner of the national trophy was an agency at Ayr.<\/p>\n

Raine & Horne, Kingaroy have enjoyed success at the State level over the past couple of years.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, John won the Queensland award in the same category for the calendar year 2012-13.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
