The Burnett Inland Economic Development Organisation (BIEDO) will be “hitting the road” next month in a big, blue caravan.<\/p>\n

BIEDO\u2019s new Business Financial Counsellor Carmel Summers will travel the South Burnett, North Burnett and Banana shires to help small businesses still hurting after the January\/February 2013 and 2010\/2011 floods.<\/p>\n

Ms Summers will be available for confidential, free consultations on financial analysis and cash flow projections to help businesses “get a handle” on their financial situation.<\/p>\n

She’s a qualified CPA, registered Tax Agent and Justice of the Peace.<\/p>\n

The Business Financial Counsellor position has been funded for the next two years by the Federal Government as part of a Queensland flood recovery initiative.<\/p>\n
