The State Government has announced the latest allocations for regional Councils through the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF).<\/p>\n

Member for Nanango Deb Frecklington said the South Burnett Regional Council would receive $41,333 in funding.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Regional Arts Development Fund is a state-wide partnership between the Queensland Government and local councils for arts and cultural projects,” she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know this is a very popular funding program with our arts and cultural groups and it\u2019s great to see the South Burnett receiving a good share of the funds. I look forward to seeing the projects that come from it.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s part of a $2.015 million statewide commitment from the Queensland Government in 2013\u201314, with another $1.49 million coming from councils.<\/p>\n
