SBRC is developing a Masterplan for Kingaroy Airport<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

July 2, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

South Burnett Regional Council is seeking public feedback on a Draft Masterplan which aims to shape the long-term future of the Kingaroy Aerodrome.<\/p>\n

A Council spokesperson said the Masterplan would help to guide how the airport develops over time.<\/p>\n

“Your feedback will play a key role in ensuring the Masterplan reflects community priorities and aspirations,” the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n

Council will be hosting a drop-in session at the Terminal Building from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Friday, July 31.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A free sausage sizzle will be available from 11:30am to 1:30pm.<\/p>\n

Feedback will also be collected by an online survey<\/a> which will be open until August 7.<\/strong><\/p>\n
