Seven fire crews were called early on Friday morning to a large hayshed fire at Booie.<\/p>\n

The shed was well-engulfed in flames when the first firefighters arrived on site in Faughnans Road at 5:20am.<\/p>\n

Both rural and urban crews attended the incident.<\/p>\n

The firefighters worked with the property owner to use heavy machinery to remove smouldering bales from the shed in a bid to break up the fire.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Queensland Fire Department spokesperson said 75 per cent of the shed had been engulfed in flames.<\/p>\n

The last crews left the incident at 12:50pm after the fire had been extinguished.<\/p>\n

A fire investigator was expected to attend later on Friday to try to determine what sparked the blaze.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
