Queensland Police’s “mobile police station on wheels” set up in Kingaroy on Tuesday morning as part of a local “Coffee With A Cop” initiative at Kingaroy Mall.<\/p>\n

The police officers and staff at the Mobile Police Beat van were answering questions as well as handing out pamphlets providing advice on personal and home security.<\/p>\n

“Coffee With A Cop” provides an opportunity for local residents to get to know their local police, ask questions and share concerns.<\/p>\n

The aim is to break down any barriers between police and the community in a casual and relaxed environment as well as share crime prevention strategies.<\/p>\n

And, of course, enjoy a free coffee!<\/p>\n
