It’s that time of year again … Bookarama! The favourite weekend of the year for South Burnett book lovers.<\/p>\n

The annual fundraiser for the St John’s Lutheran School P&F kicked off on Friday night at Kingaroy Town Hall with a special VIP night.<\/p>\n

For just $10 a head, guests earned the right to have first pick at the thousands of books, DVDs and games available to buy as well as enjoy a complimentary drink and a few nibbles.<\/p>\n

The main days of Bookarama are this Saturday (8:00am-4:00pm) and Sunday (8:00am to noon).<\/p>\n

Admission on these days is free … and don’t worry there’ll still be thousands of items available to buy as volunteers restack the tables as books get sold.<\/p>\n
