The 55 Million Years Ago Art Gallery and Museum in Murgon launched its latest exhibition on Saturday with another of its popular “Elegant Afternoon Teas”.<\/p>\n

More than 40 people attended the event, one of the largest crowds the afternoon teas has attracted.<\/p>\n

Works by Kingaroy artist Thelma Archibald – who has not shown in the South Burnett for several years – were featured and won People’s Choice awards.<\/p>\n

The next exhibition at the 55MYA gallery will be a display of entries in the gallery’s annual Anzac Art Competition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fittingly, the launch (and announcement of the winner) will be held during an afternoon tea on Anzac Day, Saturday, April 25.<\/p>\n
