Murgon detectives have charged two teenage boys as part of ongoing investigations into offences in the South Burnett.<\/p>\n

Police will allege the boys, aged 14 and 15, were involved in the theft of a 2023 Mazda CX3 from Moffatdale on December 8 and a 2021 Nissan XTrail from a Shelton Street address in Murgon on December 2.<\/p>\n

Police will further allege the 15-year-old boy was also involved in the theft of a 2020 LDV T60 from Bjelke-Petersen Dam on December 16.<\/p>\n

A 15-year-old Cherbourg boy has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of armed robbery and stealing.<\/p>\n

He is due to appear in Murgon Children’s Court on January 6.<\/p>\n

A 14-year-old Cherbourg boy has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n

He is due to appear in Murgon Children’s Court on March 10.<\/p>\n

A police spokesperson said police executed two search warrants at addresses in Cherbourg on December 18 and allegedly located a quantity of cannabis and drug utensils.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A 24-year-old Cherbourg man was issued a drug diversion order in relation to possessing utensils and failing to dispose of a needle or syringe.<\/p>\n

A 30-year-old Cherbourg woman was issued a drug diversion order in relation to possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils.<\/p>\n
