Two men have been charged after an incident near Blackbutt on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Police will allege a 27-year-old Cherbourg man and a 37-year-old Woodridge man threatened a man at Acacia Ridge earlier in the day and stole a silver Mazda 6.<\/p>\n

Police tracked the car using Polair before successfully deploying a tyre deflation device on the D’Aguilar Highway near Blackbutt.<\/p>\n

The two occupants fled on foot but were arrested a short time afterwards with the help of the dog squad.<\/p>\n

They have each been charged with robbery and unlawful use of a motor vehicle and were due to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on Monday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
