The toilet block in Kingaroy’s Adermann Park has re-opened to the public after a major refurbishment.<\/p>\n

A Council spokesperson said the upgrade included a reconfiguration of the layout to allow for two unisex accessible cubicles, new tapware and sinks, and internal painting and flooring.<\/p>\n

These improvements will provide the community with cleaner, safer and disability-friendly public toilets.<\/p>\n

Council acknowledged the following contractors who were involved in these works:<\/p>\n

  • Schulte’s Plumbing \u2013 South Burnett<\/li>\n
  • Armstrong Concreting \u2013 South Burnett<\/li>\n
  • Nates Painting Services \u2013 South Burnett<\/li>\n
  • Flashcrete Finishes – Nindaroo<\/li>\n
  • Sunshine Coast Renderers \u2013 Sunshine Coast<\/li>\n
  • Cub Engineering \u2013 Yarraman<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u201cI would really like to thank our Council team for their hard work in getting this project completed and for providing the community with refreshed facilities,\u201d local councillor Deb Dennien said.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The upgrade was funded through the State Government’s Works For Queensland program.<\/p>\n

    The Adermann Park project was allocated $100,000 by Council from the Liveability Infrastructure \u2013 Parks Program which received $895,303 funding through the 2024-27 W4Q program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
