The 55 Million Years Ago art gallery in Murgon opened its latest exhibition on Saturday afternoon with another of its popular “Elegant Afternoon Teas”.<\/p>\n

Guests enjoyed sipping their drinks from china cups while supping on sandwiches and tasty treats.<\/p>\n

They also had the opportunity to browse – and perhaps purchase – the latest works on display around the walls created by local artists.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There was also a raffle and a “best dressed” prize.<\/p>\n

The art gallery fills one section of the complex, which also features the fossil museum and interactive displays.<\/p>\n

The 55MYA volunteers change the artworks on display every two months.<\/p>\n
