For example, the Business category had been decided by less than one point.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The winners were:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>School-Based Trainee \/ Apprentice of the Year<\/strong> &#8211; Lilly White (Seed Employment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Equity Award<\/strong> &#8211; Karin McShane (Goodstart Early Learning)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Trainee of the Year<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Chloe Smith (ATC Consulting Engineers &amp; Project Managers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Apprentice of the Year<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; Brylie Jones (Stanwell&#8217;s Tarong Power Station)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Business of the Year<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0 ATC Consulting Engineers &amp; Project Managers (Small category); AMG Electrical Solutions (Medium category), South Burnett Regional Council (Large category and Overall winner)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alain Pillay, from platinum sponsors Building Industry Training Pty Ltd, presented the <strong>Vocational Medallion<\/strong> to an outstanding trainee of apprentice who epitomised the value of training in the South Burnett.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The winner of this prestigious medal was Karin McShane (Goodstart Early Learning).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As well, Rotary Pride Of Workmanship Awards &#8211; which celebrate the ethos of &#8220;Do It Once, Do It Well&#8221; &#8211; were presented to 12 people on behalf of the Kingaroy Rotary and Murgon Rotary clubs: Matt McMurdy, Michael Hunter, Emily Donnelly, Karin McShane, Rachel Jolley, Jacob Birch, Maree Daniels, Ebony Wessling, Katrina Wessling, Karen Graham, Patrick Noakes and Hailey Heness.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_361211\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-361211\" style=\"width: 740px\" class=\"wp-caption
