Kingaroy’s Division 2 team enjoyed a big win over UniSQ last Sunday<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

May 23, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kingaroy Senior Soccer Club will be hosting more home games this weekend at Tom Alford Oval in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy\u2019s Division 1 team will take on UniSQ at 5:00pm on Saturday, followed by the Division 2 game between Kingaroy and Dalby at 7:00pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The two men\u2019s teams are competing in the Darling Downs Community Football Competition.<\/p>\n

Last Sunday,\u00a0 both Kingaroy teams notched up wins at home.<\/p>\n

The Division 1 team defeated Highfields 2-1, with goal scorers Tyler Henderson and Adrian Watt.<\/p>\n

The Division 2 team enjoyed a big win 6-2 over UniSQ with Harvey Sawtell kicking three goals. Other goals were scored by Harry Royal (2) and\u00a0 Lochlan Stephen.<\/p>\n

The canteen will be open at the Kingaroy Soccer Club, entry is free and spectators are invited to come along and support the local teams in action!<\/p>\n

Round 3 of the South Burnett\u2019s 2025 junior soccer season will be played at Wondai Sportsground.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The President’s Cup game in the South Burnett women’s competition will be played in Kingaroy on May 30.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are four teams competing in the women’s comp this year: Nanango, Kingaroy Easts, Kingaroy Wests and Barambah.<\/p>\n
