Questacon \u2013 the National Science and Technology Centre based in Canberra \u2013 is bringing its special pop-up science centre back to the South Burnett at the end of the month.<\/p>\n

The Questacon Science Circus will be at Kingaroy Town Hall on Saturday, May 31, for parents and children to explore science and have fun with a range of hands-on exhibits.<\/p>\n

There\u2019ll more than 30 interactive exhibits to experiment with as well as live shows to enjoy throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Visitors will be able to spin themselves dizzy, test their reflexes and explore their fingertips under a microscope.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Science Circus is staffed by postgraduate students from the Australian National University.<\/p>\n

They spend months on the road, talking to people about science and technology on visits to communities all over Australia.<\/p>\n

The Science Circus has\u00a0 been visiting towns and communities across Australia since it began in 1985, and has made several previous visits to Kingaroy.<\/p>\n

The Science Circus will be open from 10:00am to 4:00pm at Kingaroy Town Hall on Saturday, May 31. Tickets are free but sessions should be booked online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
