Nanango Scorpions defeated Tingoora Mercenaries by six wickets at their South Burnett senior cricket competition match played at Nanango last Saturday.<\/p>\n

Mercenaries won the toss and elected to bat but were all out for 83 runs in the 35th over.<\/p>\n

Opener David Hartwig and Jon Sharpe were the top scorers with 16 runs apiece.<\/p>\n

Scorpions’ bowler Josephine Black was deadly, taking 5\/12\u00a0 off her six overs.<\/p>\n

In reply, Nanango over took the target in the 17th over for the loss of four wickets (4\/84).<\/p>\n

Top scorers were Joe Carney and Nick Scherger who both hit 18 runs.<\/p>\n

Jon Sharpe finished with 1\/12 off two overs, while Hayden McCrea (1\/15) would have been happy getting opener Jayden Prendergast out LBW for a duck.<\/p>\n

    Wooroolin won the toss and elected to bowl.<\/p>\n

    At the end of their 40 overs, Wolves were 7\/223 with Nathan Nixon top-scoring with 68 runs.<\/p>\n

    Matt Nesbitt took 2\/36 off seven overs for Warriors.<\/p>\n

    In reply, Wooroolin were all out for 170 after 36 overs.<\/p>\n

    Hunter Brown was the top-scorer with 40 runs.<\/p>\n

    Ryan Kelly took 5\/18 off five overs.<\/p>\n

      Opener Evan Blanch was top-scorer, finishing not out 56.<\/p>\n

      Joshua Fearby (37) and Travis Bice (30) also added handy runs.<\/p>\n

      Troy Miller took 3\/21 off four overs for Huntsmen.<\/p>\n

      In reply, Tingoora were all out for 112 in the 31st over.<\/p>\n

      Jason Reilly (16) and Tro Miller (15) were the top-scorers.<\/p>\n

      Travis Bice took 2\/9, Tom Hoare 2\/10 and Fletcher Black 2\/12, each off four overs.<\/p>\n
