The culmination of the 2024 Christmas Food Drive was laid out for all to see on Tuesday morning in Kingaroy … 150 hampers, 100 red bags packed with goods plus 50 hams!<\/p>\n

The annual food drive is co-ordinated by South Burnett CTC and the Bill Hull Car Centre.<\/p>\n

Vulnerable families identified by CTC will receive 140 hampers, while 10 hampers will be distributed by pregnancy and early parenting support group, Eva’s Place.<\/p>\n

As well as the physical donations, $1100 in cash donations were received which were used buy extra or missing items to fill the hampers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWitnessing the community come together to support those in need is humbling,” CTC CEO Jason Erbacher said.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“This year\u2019s drive has been a true testament to the power of community response. It\u2019s this spirit of solidarity that builds a stronger, more connected South Burnett, where no one is left behind.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese contributions carry a powerful message, that the South Burnett is a community where people genuinely care for one another.<\/p>\n

“We are deeply grateful for every donation, large and small.”<\/p>\n

South Burnett CTC\u00a0 thanked Bill Hull Car Centre for their significant efforts to make the drive a success, as well The Can Man (Paddy Weber) and Wondai Art Gallery.<\/p>\n
