Toowoomba Regional Council has invited businesses, regional Chambers of Commerce and Progress Associations to a new-look Regional Business Forum.<\/p>\n

The forum will be held from 5:30pm next Tuesday (November 26) at Pittsworth Town Hall.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mayor Geoff McDonald said Council was pleased to launch the quarterly networking forums in conjunction with the Darling Downs Regional Alliance.<\/p>\n

\u201cCouncil sees merit in meeting with business people across our region to discuss local issues and opportunities and how representative bodies like our Chambers of Commerce, Progress Associations, the Darling Downs Regional Alliance and the higher levels of government can assist their endeavours,\u201d Mayor McDonald said.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople from small, medium and large businesses are welcome to attend the forums to hear from, and speak directly with, members of peak bodies, elected representatives and Council\u2019s economic development staff.\u201d<\/p>\n
