Nanango’s popular Churchyard Shop reopened recently with a new look.<\/p>\n

The op shop is located in the grounds of St Anne’s Anglican Church in on the corner of Burnett Street.<\/p>\n

Heritage Bank Nanango provided a grant to update the floors.<\/p>\n

“They were becoming quite unsafe, especially for the older people of the community,” secretary Sue Chippendale said.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We owe Heritage Bank a great deal in providing us with a way to achieve this goal.<\/p>\n

“Everyone has commented on how great it looks.<\/p>\n

“Without their help, this would not have been possible.\u00a0They have become a great and generous benefactor to our parish and the town.”<\/p>\n

The op shop reopened on Saturday, November 2.<\/p>\n

It is open every Saturday from 8:00am to noon.<\/p>\n
