CTC’s new Service Guide<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

South Burnett CTC held its annual general meeting last week, an opportunity to look back on a year of change for the not-for-profit organisation.<\/p>\n

Chair John Box acknowledged the service of Marc Reinbott, who has retired from the Board after serving 12 years; and Howard Leisemann who served as chair of the association for 24 years and also held roles as Treasurer and Public Officer.<\/p>\n

Mr Leisemann, who was on the Board for 37 years, was recently appointed Patron to CTC, alongside Nina Temperton who was made Patron earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Mr Box said new CEO Jason Erbacher had “hit the ground running”, building a structure and management team to lead CTC forward.<\/p>\n

Highlights over the past 12 months included CTC taking over ownership of the South Burnett Enterprise Centre, the development of a new logo and branding for the organisation, upgrades to the IT system and the launch of the Nanango Neighbourhood Centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr Erbacher said it had been a period of a lot of growth and change.<\/p>\n

He said the Annual Report included CTC’s new strategic plan which reaffirmed the organisation’s purpose, vision and values of empathy, integrity and collaboration.<\/p>\n

The organisation currently has 264 employees.<\/p>\n

Mr Erbacher said CTC had added about 20 more staff over the past 12 months (and there were still positions to fill) and taken on six new funded programs.<\/p>\n

However, CTC was now looking at “taking a breath” and consolidating over the next year.<\/p>\n

The AGM was also an opportunity to launch CTC’s new Service Guide which explains its services and programs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThis new resource will ensure our services are more accessible and transparent,\u201d Mr Erbacher said.<\/p>\n

The 68-page Service Guide is available at all South Burnett CTC offices and can also be downloaded from the CTC website<\/a><\/strong> (17.7MB PDF).<\/p>\n
