Member for Nanango Deb Frecklington has announced the latest recipients of her “Local Hero” grants program.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are small but meaningful grants of $250 that are designed to provide modest donations to not-for-profit community groups and individuals from across the Nanango Electorate,\u201d Mrs Frecklington said.<\/p>\n

The Round 23 recipients are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manumbar District Centenary<\/strong> \u2013 Gather research and information for centenary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Mondure & District Rural Fire Brigade<\/strong> \u2013 Chairs and tables for training sessions and events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Yarraman Festival<\/strong> \u2013 Sponsorship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Lacey Harch<\/strong> \u2013 To attend the Wide Bay schoolgirls football carnival in Townsville<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Quinton Whitley<\/strong> \u2013 To attend athletics multiclass trials at Sunshine Coast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
