Police have charged a teenager with 10 offences following an alleged carjacking in Toowoomba on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The vehicle, a white Honda HR-V, was located hours later in Cherbourg.<\/p>\n

Police will allege that about 4:30pm on Monday, two males approached an 85-year-old woman as she was getting into her vehicle at the Wilsonton Shopping Centre car park in Bridge Street.<\/p>\n

The woman suffered minor head and arm injuries when she was pulled from her vehicle.<\/p>\n

The Honda was found abandoned in Cherbourg about 2:40am the following day.<\/p>\n

Following investigations by Toowoomba detectives, a 16-year-old Rockville boy was arrested in Toowoomba on Tuesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He has been charged with two counts of enter dwelling and commit, two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, three counts of enter premises and commit, and one count each of stealing, armed robbery, and enter premises with intent.<\/p>\n

He was denied bail and was due to appear in Toowoomba Children’s Court on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
