July 24, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

Murgon police are investigating a number of possibly unrelated recent incidents of wilful damage in Murgon and Cherbourg.<\/p>\n

Between 9:00pm and 10:30pm on Wednesday, July 17, the front door of a house in Barber Street, Cherbourg, was damaged by someone kicking it.<\/p>\n

At 1:00am on Saturday, July 20, a concrete brick was thrown, damaging the window of a business in Lamb Street, Murgon.<\/p>\n

Between Friday, July 19, and Monday, July 22, a glass door pane and two windows were cracked at a business in Fisher Street, Cherbourg.<\/p>\n

Anyone with information should contact PoliceLink on 131-444 or CrimeStoppers anonymously on 1800-333-000.<\/p>\n

Vandals have again struck a Kingaroy park.<\/strong><\/p>\n

About 6:10pm on Tuesday, the fire brigade was called to a fire in a toilet block in Haly Street.<\/p>\n

The fire was quickly extinguished but the toilet bowl and seat were damaged.<\/p>\n
