A grant application by the South Burnett Regional Council for a new vehicle to be used by local State Emergency Service groups has been approved by the State Government.<\/p>\n

The aim of the SES Support Grant program is to provide financial assistance to local councils to support SES groups responding to disasters and emergencies.<\/p>\n

Council will receive $42,644.86 – 75 per cent of the total cost – to buy the vehicle.<\/p>\n

The SBRC will cover the rest of the purchase cost.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
