July 12, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ticket sales have opened for the 2024 Red Earth Community Forum which will be held in Murgon on August 1.<\/p>\n

Forum organisers aim to attract people eager to become “a catalyst for change” in the Burnett.<\/p>\n

Attendees will be “inspired by local champions and global experts” including, keynote speaker Paul Ryan<\/a><\/strong>, director of the Australian Resilience Centre<\/p>\n

It will also be an opportunity to collaborate and network with people dedicated to the growth and development of the local community.<\/p>\n

The forum will run from 8:00am to 5:00pm on August 1 at the South Burnett PCYC in Macalister Street, Murgon.<\/p>\n

The theme is: “Resilience as an Ecosystem: A resilient ecosystem withstands disturbances, retains its core functions, and adapts to changing conditions.”<\/p>\n

Tickets are $65, which includes lunch and morning and afternoon tea, and can be bought on the Red Earth website<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
