Jo will be hosting two sessions: &#8220;Better Events and Destinations: Designing For Diversity and Inclusion&#8221; on Tuesday; and &#8220;Circular Tourism: The Future Of Events And Destinations?&#8221; on Wednesday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Kate Scott<\/b> &#8211; Kate, who is the event co-ordinator for Toowoomba&#8217;s famous Carnival of Flowers, will share her experiences and event planning tips.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Peter Sutton<\/b> &#8211; Peter will delve into burnout &#8230; learn how to recognise the warning signs, and practical strategies such as effective delegation and how to address unhealthy coping mechanisms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Tanya Williams<\/b> &#8211; Tanya is from &#8220;Digital Conversations&#8221;, a marketing advisory company which aims to help busy business owners &#8211;\u00a0 and she doesn&#8217;t believe that focussing on social media is the right tactic for everyone!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Lisa Stephenson<\/b> &#8211; Lisa is manager of Cultural Services and Development at Fraser Coast Regional Council, responsible for the Hervey Bay Regional Gallery, the Brolga Theatre, Gatakers Artspace and the museums within Maryborough\u2019s historic Portside Precinct.
