April 1, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

A vehicle on fire in a backyard of a house in Bell Street, Cherbourg, sparked an alarm on Easter Sunday night.<\/p>\n

Three fire crews and QAS paramedics were called out about 9:50pm after initial reports a house was on fire.<\/p>\n

However, they found a car on fire, which was quickly extinguished.<\/p>\n

No one was injured.<\/p>\n

A quad bike rider was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital on Sunday morning after a quadbike crash at Blackbutt South.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A QAS spokesperson said the rider suffered significant leg injuries.<\/p>\n

Emergency crews were called about 9:40am.<\/p>\n

A rescue helicopter managed to land near the incident.<\/p>\n

The rider was airlifted in a stable condition.<\/p>\n

A man aged in his 40s was taken to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition after a fall from an e-scooter on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail on Saturday night.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paramedics were called to the incident, near Wanora, about 8:40pm.<\/p>\n
