The Nanango Local Ambulance Committee will use funds raised at their recent Bogan Bingo night to buy a HoverJack Air Patient Lift to help local paramedics.<\/p>\n

The HoverJack is placed under patients who can then be raised to the height of the ambulance stretcher, saving stress on paramedics’ backs.<\/p>\n

About 60 people attended the Bogan Bingo night last Saturday in Nanango.<\/p>\n

There were flannos, mullets and thongs aplenty amongst the guests at the fun evening at St Patrick’s School Hall.<\/p>\n

LAC president Sandra Cooper said it had been a very successful night, with more than $2000 raised.<\/p>\n

She said the plan was to hold another event next year.<\/p>\n
