A dramatic arrest in Nanango on Wednesday has been linked to an alleged domestic violence incident on the Gold Coast on Monday.<\/p>\n

A 20-year-old man was arrested in Railway Lane while Public Safety Response Team (PSRT) police covered the area from Drayton Street.<\/p>\n

The PSRT officers had weapons pointed down the street as the man was loaded into the back of a police van.<\/p>\n

A QPS spokesperson said police were called to the incident at 8:20am.<\/p>\n

The man is expected to be charged with domestic violence-related offences and it is anticipated he will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

His connection with Nanango at this stage is unknown.<\/p>\n
