Two people were fined a total of $3500 in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Thursday on charges linked to an alleged altercation at T.J. O’Neill Oval in Kingaroy on September 2.<\/p>\n

The incident allegedly occurred after the 2023 South Burnett Rugby League grand final.<\/p>\n

Jade James Smallwood had faced a charge of affray.<\/p>\n

This was withdrawn and replaced with one count of public nuisance.<\/p>\n

He was fined $1000.<\/p>\n

Natasha Rose Smallwood had been charged with affray, common assault and trespass.<\/p>\n

The affray charge was withdrawn and replaced with one count of public nuisance.<\/p>\n

She was fined $500 for trespass, $1000 for common assault and $1000 for public nuisance.<\/p>\n

Charges against Ashley Lance Smallwood were adjourned to February 9 for mention.<\/p>\n
