The dodgems were a big hit at the Cherbourg Christmas Fair on Tuesday<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

December 13, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

There was plenty of food and fun to enjoy at Cherbourg’s annual Christmas Fair, held at the town’s Sports Complex on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

And Santa Claus even paid a visit!<\/p>\n

There were gifts for the children, stalls and games and a free barbecue lunch.<\/p>\n

But probably the biggest hit on the day were the amusement rides.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There were long queues of young children waiting for each of the carnival rides to open up after lunch.<\/p>\n

The fair was sponsored by Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council, South Burnett CTC, Stanwell, St Vinnies, the Salvation Army and Bribie Island Kindy.<\/p>\n

Cherbourg Council is also working hard to help ensure local families have a happy Christmas this year by delivering a free ham this week to every household in the Cherbourg community.<\/p>\n
