Norco AgriSolutions in Kingaroy hosted a free barbecue on Thursday to mark the launch of a new partnership which will see the store stocking DeWalt, Stanley and Sidchrome tools.<\/p>\n

A team from DeWalt had a display of a large range of cordless power tools, spanners – and even a cordless lawn mower –\u00a0 on hand for customers to take a closer look.<\/p>\n

The Kingaroy Norco store, in River Road, is one of just seven which have been chosen to stock the expanded range of items.<\/p>\n

The DeWalt team have been on a road tour to demonstrate the American brand tools, and came to Kingaroy after a successful launch in Gayndah.<\/p>\n

Warren Anderson, from DeWalt, said Norco’s range had been carefully selected to appeal to farmers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said the battery technology incorporated in the units was leading the industry.<\/p>\n

Sidchrome spanners and sockets need no introduction, and neither do Stanley hand tools.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy store manager Shaun Walters said home handymen would also be interested in the in-store displays.<\/p>\n
