Heritage Nanango Community Fund (HNCF) held its annual grants night on Thursday to congratulate the recipients of its support over the past 12 to 18 months.<\/p>\n

A total of 21 not-for-profit groups received help from the fund, which distributes a share of the profits from the local Heritage Bank Community Branch in Nanango.<\/p>\n

HNCF director Jane Hodgkinson compered the evening, held at the Nanango QCWA rooms in Fitzroy Street.<\/p>\n

The room was packed with volunteers from the various groups.<\/p>\n

“We are all united by a shared commitment to build a stronger and more vibrant community,” Jane said.<\/p>\n

“Without your hard work, and commitment to our community, it would not be the town that it is. And you’re making it a better place to live.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“So thank you very much for the dedication that you have put into making our community what it is.”<\/p>\n

Heritage Bank Community Branch manager Lochlan Ezzy said the grants would not be possible without the support of branch customers.<\/p>\n
