June 29, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

Singers from across the South Burnett and beyond will be gathering at the Kingaroy Town Hall on Sunday (July 2) for Kingaroy Singfest 2023.<\/p>\n

The all-day celebration of singing – and learning about singing! – has been organised by the Queensland \/ Northern Territory branch of the Australian National Choral Association.<\/p>\n

There will be workshops and massed community singing, led by expert choral conductor Paul Holley OAM.<\/p>\n

The day will start with a professional development session for conductors.<\/p>\n

After this, there’ll be a singing workshop involving community choirs and singers.<\/p>\n

The day will finish with a concert featuring this large ensemble, showcasing their new skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Events start at 10:00am and run until 5:30pm.<\/p>\n
