Tickets can now be booked online for Kingaroy’s pig annual celebration, BaconFest (August 18-20).<\/p>\n

Special guest chefs this year will be popular celebrities Miguel Maestre and Alastair McLeod who will be cooking over the weekend on the TAFE Queensland stage.<\/p>\n

BaconFest will kick off on the Friday evening with the traditional Wine and Swine function in the Kingaroy Town Hall Forecourt.<\/p>\n

This fancy cocktail party will be held from 6:00pm-10:00pm.<\/p>\n

Then on Saturday and Sunday, there’ll be a host of activities in the Kingaroy CBD including the Little Piggies and Artisan Market, SunPork smoke-off, competitions, entertainment and lots of food trucks.<\/p>\n

One-Day and Weekend passes can be booked online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

There’ll also be free youth activities in O’Neill Square and at the Kingaroy Skate Park.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, there’ll be choices for breakfast.<\/p>\n

At BaconFest headquarters there’ll be the Pig\u2019s Breakfast, with funds raised donated to charity.\u00a0Organisers have promised loads of bacon plus acoustic music.<\/p>\n

This year, Sunday’s Long Table Breakfast will be held in two sittings (7:00-9:00am; and 9:30an-11:30am) at Whipbird Caf\u00e9 at Coolabunia.<\/p>\n

The three-course meal will be accompanied by live music from\u00a0Alex the Frenchman.<\/p>\n

Tickets for all these events can be bought online<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n

General admission tickets, entries into the bacon-eating competition and the Rashers Fun Run can also be booked online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
